What Causes Pain In Heart Despite Taking Omeprazole?

I have L.V.H which leaves me breathless and on 17 tabs a day but nothing works. I m waiting for a gastroscopy - appt end of January, but at times the pain in my heart is so bad I m using opremazole more than my doctor advises. My doctor told me if the pain gets so bad I must go to hospital, but I don t want to bother the hospital with my trivialities

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seems to suffer from -Hepatitis with LVH with accompanied RVH.
This is the cause of the breathlessness ,which is not working even with 17 medicines in your case.
The liver pains due RVH with hepatic congetion,can't be relived from Omeprazole and would need Cardiologist opinion to correct LVH and resultant RVH in your case.
Omeprazole-hence is not helping you out.

Hope this would help you to plan further care of this complex illness of yours.
