What Causes Pain In Heel And Lower Leg Post A Game Of Baseball?

Hello there. I m 37 year old man. 6 0 240 lbs. After playing baseball 5 days ago me feet have swollen up. The right one does not hurt but the left heel and back of the foot hurt very much. The day of it didn t hurt and the day after there was only a very slight pain. Then the third day til now I can hardly put any weight on the heel. Any thoughts on what this could be? Thank you!

Hello,
After going through your pain history I suspect ligament sprain in your ankle joint. If pain and swelling persist or increase after 3 days, you should consult an orthopedic and get X-ray of ankle joint done to rule out any fracture or dislocation.
