Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been taking 5 mg of Eliquis twice a day and 60 mg of Inderal once a day for about two years. I woke this morning with severe bottom of my heel pain - I suspect a return of plantar fascitis which I experienced about fifteen years ago. My question is - can I take ibuprofen for the inflammation - if so, what dosage? I do not have any surgical or dental work planned, and I do not bleed excessively. I am a white 80 year old female. Thank you for any advice you can give me until I can control my cardiologist Monday.

What Causes Pain In Heels While Taking Inderal?
Hi, Inderal is not a culprit for heel pain, it is just coincidence. Yes you can take Ibuprofen tablet twice daily, post meals. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
