What Causes Pain In Hip And Abdomen Post Abortion?

Yes I had a abortion just starting today 3 days ago and yesterday I started feeling a shark sore pain on my left side near my hip bone I m scared if something is wrong is this normal ? Sometimes I feel a sharp pain in the middle of my stomach to out of no where.

Hi, i do care for your concern.
You have not mentioned whether by medical or surgical methods the abortion was done.
The symptoms are more common in D and C (surgical method), which is produced due to inflammation of the inner layer of uterus, this is a normal phenomenon, and would get better within one week of time.
Pain killers can be taken for this condition, which would ease the symptoms.
