hello I'm a 20year old girl and for nearly 2years now I've had a popping sensation in my left hip the pain goes away some days but others its really painful I've been to the doctor and he sent me to physio therapy which really didn't help recently i have been getting a tingley feeling down the outside of my leg all the way from my hip to my foot, it also goes numb. When it is painful it hurts to sit or stand and sometimes i cant sleep through the pain any ideas?
