What Causes Pain In Hip When I Cough And Laugh?
A few hours ago, my left hip started hurting very sharply i do not know if i pivoted wrong or what but there was no traumatic injury to the hip or fall in the last few hours. It hurts when i talk loudly, laugh and cough. I am a nineteen yr old female, what could this be?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having muscle catch during hard cough bouts giving this problem.
Now with coughing and loud laughing there is spasm giving pain at hip.
Take analgesic, muscle relaxant medicine for 2-3 days.
If require apply some muscle relaxant cream locally.
Ok and take care.
