What Causes Pain In Knee In A Child Post Recovery From Stomach Virus?

My 10 year old daughter got the stomach virus from Thursday to Friday vomited everything. Then got a fever Saturday to Sunday. Barely ate or drank. She is now on the recovery to getting her appetite and strength back a week later. She lost 4lbs firm all this went from 62.5 to 58.5lbs so she was very tiny to begin with. Before she got sick she was a very active girl. Soccer and running track. But now she s complaining of knee pain after she got sick. She hasn t been active when she was sick so not sure why her knees hurt.
