What Causes Pain In Knees,neck, Elbows, Thighs And Hip?

Hi I am a 20 year old female and I was diagnosed with ITP about 10 months ago. I have been having ivig treatments and I just had one about a week ago and I am experiening pain in my knees, kneck, elbows, back of my thighs and hips. The worst pain would be in my hips. I am not sure what this pain is supposed to mean.

The condition occurs when the lining surrounding the joints, bursa and tendons near the shoulders and hips becomes inflamed. ... But the discomfort is felt in the upper arms and thighs.
