What Causes Pain In Left Abdomen With Bleeding During Urination?

I m having pain on the left side (for me) but right side if you d look at it. I experienced abnormal bleeding when I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped, there was blood on it. I am currently sexually active with my boyfriend and he usually doesn t use protection. What could this be?

Well come to HCM
two strong possibilities are there one is either this could be irregular menses bleeding and second is this could be due to some lesion or trauma of internal region of genital, just wait for some time, till then avoid intercourse, hope this information helps, take care.
