What Causes Pain In Left Arm But Stops When Sitting Down?

I get verry little exercise and am 75 lbs overweight. When I was on vacation at Seaworld and Disney my left arm started hurting after about 15 minutes of walking. It would stop almost immediately when I set down. As day wore on pain got worse but would always stop when I was sitting.

This is very ominous sign to have the pain in left arm after exertion & setteling down after relaxation. It points towards the pain of cardiac origin, as cardiac pain is usally perceived in left arm & left shoulder.
As your entire profile is not known to me the exact comment can not be done.
BUT
My advice is that you should immidietly report a doctor and get your ECG done. If ECG comes out to be normal you must undergo trade mill testnig ( TMT ) which is very much important in my view.
As the sympotoms point toward the angina these should not be taken lightly & due attention should be paid to them. After all prevention is always better than cure.
