What Causes Pain In Left Back Side?

Hello I m a little sick and on antibiotic at the moment cough ect,my blood pressure on Friday was 154/104 I am on Cartia & blood atacan plus bp tablets, I m experiencing some pain in my back on left side and fells like I need to use a puffer and feel a little nausier

Your pain could be related to use of antibiotics.antacids like pantoprazole 40mg once daily will be helpful.Also take tab.domperidone to releive nausea.get chest x ray to know about your lung infection.consult your doctor for further queries.
