What Causes Pain In Left Calf?

I am having pain that runs inside me left calf. It started a couple of days ago, and when it comes, I can t walk without limping. I am a 58 white male in good health. I m not sure but my leg feels tight and I think the vein in the lower back of the calf is swollen, and when I was laying in bed I could feel my toes pulsing. Do you know what this may be?

Hello welcome to HMC. thank you for posting your query .this can be due to deep vein thrombosis.this condition may occur due to obesity, diabetes, smoking, cancer, prolonged sitting or standing, family history with DVT.
