What Causes Pain In Left Ear Which Intensifies While Crying?

I have left ear pain for almost 2 months. GP recommened Flonase and antibiotics. No help. Saw an ENT and she couldn t find anything wrong. Warm heating pad does little or nothing. When I cry the pain seem to intensify. What could be causing this and what can I do?

Do you have any history of frequent nasal infections or throat infections?
Any investigations done like audiometry?
