What Causes Pain In Left Hand And Trigger Finger In Ring Finger?

I am 55 yr. old female, i wake up with pain in my left hand and my ring finger gets locked, trigger finger, i had same thing this time last year with both of my thumbs, had surgery to correct thumbs . Now its my left hand ring finger only my whole hand is tingley it goes away after a few minutes. but the locking its still there. pretty sure its trigger finger. what causes this and is it common at my age i dont do repetative things with that hand?

dont panic, trigger finger is caused by local swelling scarring or inflammation of the flexor tendon.
it is sometimes also associated with DM,HYPOTHYROID etc.
i shall advise you to take some NSAID and consult a surgeon.
