What Causes Pain In Left Hip While Walking After Injury?
A few weeks ago i noticed some brusing on both of my iliac crests. I thought nothing of it and they went away shortly. I have been experiencing pain in the left hip only when walking more than a few steps and running. Also it hurts when i push down on the iliac crest or sneeze. Its been at least 3 weeks and the pain is still there.

The symptoms seem to be related to a hip pain due to the injury. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also suggest to rest and avoid activities that can trigger the symptoms. You should probably do an X-ray of the hip to exclude a fracture.
