I was doing the splits about 90% of the way and then forced into full splits. I think a muscle / tendon on the inside of my left leg is slightly torn. It hurts really bad when I try doing the splits again.I can still run around or do high knees without feeling any pain though. I'm also 19. I'm guessing it's only a minor tear and should heal within a few weeks. What do you think?
