Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain pain in upper teeth can be due to
sinus infection as the sinusitis causes pain and pressure on the cheek, upper teeth and gums on affected side..
But pain in lower molar which you can very well locate the tooth and
radiating pain in ear and tenderness below the jaw is due to enlarged and inflamed lymph nodes due to deep infection in the tooth and it is not due to sinus..
At times when there is pus formation below the root tips of infected tooth it can cause pressure on the nerve fibres in that area leading to
severe pain and painkillers are also not able to completely relieve you and antibiotics take a longer time to reduce the infection and pus to a certain level so that it become painless..
I would suggest you to
consult a dentist and get evaluated and in case if it is due to infected tooth
Root Canal Treatment followed by antibiotics and painkillers can relieve..
Hope your query is solved..
