What Causes Pain In Left Ovary After A Hysterectomy?

Hi my name is Joanna have had a hysterectomy in 2011, left both my overies,the following year 2012 went in hospital emergency took out right overy with appendix.now aim experiencing very sharp pain in my left overy when ever I move I can t stand the pain what should I do?

Hello,

The sharp pain in left ovary could be due to ruptured ovarian cyst or some other cause. I suggest you get your ultrasonography abdomen and pelvis investigation with special emphasis on ovary to be done immediately as soon as possible. According to cause specific treatment given.
