What Causes Pain In Left Shoulder With History Of Partial Shoulder Replacement?
I have pain in my upper left shoulder. I have had a partial shoulder replacement due to repetitive work injuries. Would you say that my pain results from the work injury or from heart issues as indicated by the survey 1948@comcast YYYY@YYYY
The pain in the left shoulder with a history of repetitive work injuries that required partial shoulder injuries can usually be due to scar formation cause pain. You cannot stop movements of the shoulder hence stress and strain continues. Nerve entrapment is possible. Osteoarthritis of shoulder joint. As per your thought of relation to the cardiac problems, the pain is also accompanied by sweating, heaviness in chest, fainting. This can be confirmed by an EKG and other cardiac checkup. So get this done, get an opinion of an orthopedic surgeon and a physiotherapist. Get a confirmed diagnosis and treated as per the cause found.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
