What Causes Pain In Left Side Of Chest And Swelling In Lower Left Leg?

Two day ago I woke up with pain in my left chest, a vibration type pain that comes and goes. That subsided, now I have extreme swelling of the upper and lower right leg, knee and ankle. Could this be due to my stage 3 kidney disease that has not been treated?

I really appreciate your concern, chest pain may not be due to kidney disease but of course lower limb swelling could be due to renal disease and it needs to be taken for treatment, hope this information helps.
