What Causes Pain In Left Side Of Stomach?

I have had left side mild stomach painfor several days. A couple of days I was very tired. The pain is not enough to keep me from normal activity. I broke several ribs on my left side four months ago in a bad fall. I also drink at least three alcholic beverages per day. I do not fell the pain when sitting or after eatting. Normally, I feel the pain when standing. The pain is very mild.

this can be pain secondary to rib fractures and or due to alcoholic gastritis..refer to MD General medicine and MS orthopedics.. chest X ray must.. gastroscopy must.. plus routine Blood and urine tests..
don't use analgesics without guidance of physician
