What Causes Pain In Liver And Low Platelet Count Postpartum?
My daughter has recently had a baby at 27 weeks, she developed severe pre eclampsia and HELLP,this was 11 weeks ago.she has ITP,and low platelets,she has just shown positive for lupus,and although she was not experiencing any adverse symptoms prior to the pregnancy,she has had 2 episodes of acute pain,near the liver area,that has caused her to vomit(projectile)I am now worrying that her liver is failing, is this a possibility,she is not experiencing any other symptoms.
