Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Previous to the bone marrow transplantation your oncologist or hematologist gives you immunosuppression.

Because of immunosuppression, many opportunistic infections will come and infect liver, brain and many organs.

And due to liver infection, your bilirubin might get elevated. My suggestion is, please consult your doctor for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
