What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Back During Urination?
Hello, i am a 19 year old female. And I suddenly got this pain around 2 hours ago ( hurts but not too severe ) on my lower right abdomen. It increases in pain when i stand and move as well as when I urinate. I am not sure if it is appendicitis or not. i know the pain must be worse in order for it to be an appendix. However it is worrying. The pain does go around to my right lower back. So I am not really sure how to diagnose myself and not sure if I should go to ER or not since all the walk ins in my area are closed. Please let me know what you think and if it is urgent to go to a hospital. thank you!

hi it seems like you are suffering from chronic urinary tract infection, or any small sized renal/ureteric stones. i suggest you to meet your treating doctor & undergo complete urine analysis, urine culture & ultrasound abdomen & pelvis. from your history it does not seem to be appendicitis. take good amount of water, juices, to keep urine output adequate & maintain hydration. all the best, take care.
