What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Back Radiating Towards Legs?

For the past couple months I have been having lower abdominal and back pain that radiates down my legs. I can t sit for long or sleep at night the pain is so bad. What could cause it? I do have a uterine polyp could that cause it? The pain started long before this was discovered.

Hi,

This pain could be due to disc prolapse pressing on the nerve roots. I advise you to take rest and whenever possible, please get an MRI of the lumbo-sacral spine done.
