What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Back With Pebble Like Stools?
My wife is having lower abdominal moderate pain and lower back pain near the tail bone. She like she needs to poop but all that comes out is several pebble like stool with mucus? She also feels nauseated?Any information would help, can we wait to see a doctor or go to ER now

i think she have acute gastroenteritis.
i shall advise her to take plenty of ORS,
antibiotics like OOFLOXACIN ORNIDAZOLE combi,PREBIOTICS,loperamide to stop mucous stool.
if it doesnot subside with this medication or if she becomes hypotensive and severe ill take her to ER.
