What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen And Cramps?

Hi ive been having pain in my lower abdomen and they feel like cramps. My period has been 11 days late, I havent taken a home pregnacy test yet, havent gotten paid yet... I dont know whats going on... Im not feeling any signs of pregnancy. Please help me!

Menstrual cycle can even be delayed to maximum 40 day cycle when you are in active sex.so it could be a normal delay.take drugs like mafenamic acid 10mg to releive your abdominal cramps.so wait and watch.urine prengnancy test will turn positive only at 10weeks and transvaginal ultrasound confirms pregnancy by6-8weeks.so consult your gynecologist for expert management.
