General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

With normal ultrasound, there can be a possible issue of pelvic inflammatory condition via vaginal infection.

A gynecological examination with a vaginal swab is best recommended to rule out associated conditions responsible for pain lower abdomen & urination difficulty.

Meanwhile, drink plenty of liquids and continue antibiotics. Addition of Cranberry sachets in daily drug basket will help greatly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
