Hi,I am Dr. Radhakrishna (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a male 38 years old. I don’t smoke or drink and for all purposes in good health. I have not had any surgeries. For the past 4 weeks I have been experiencing a dull pain on the lower right side of my abdomen right above the groin area. I have to my doctor 8 days ago and was examined and sent for an ultra sound which came back negative. Tonight the dull pain has turned into a sharp pinching right above the pubic area slightly to the right with a to the best I can describe it a gurgling feeling. The pain is not disabling but it is annoying and worrisome. Would the ultra sound have show anything of concern? Any input as to what could be causing this would be very helpful.
