What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen Radiating To The Penis?

Hi, I recently made crunches at the gym. After having made my first crunch, I felt a pain just below my belly (not genitals) - a discomfort that would fade away by next morning. However, 3 days later I went to a party where I ended up lifting a heavy person - then I felt a discomfort again. This time it has not faded away. I feel it at the base of the penis and it irradiates around the area (Apparently not the testicles - they don t hurt when I touch them). It hurts near the penis, especially if I pull the penis away to locate the area where it hurts.

Hi

Having radiating back pain after sustaining injury due to lifting weight, first thing that needs to be done is to rule out any slip disc (PIVD) is there or not. This will require thorough physical examination and investigation like X-ray, MRI etc.
