What Causes Pain In Lower Back After Having A Miscarriage?

Had a miscarriage almost 2 weeks ago (5/14). Took Plan B two days ago. Since both I have had low back (kidney pain) and pain in my right ovary (slight pain in the left too, not as significant). Is this normal symptoms of one of the two or both? When should it be a concern? How long until the discomfort goes away? (side note: Took a pregnancy test today it was negative and was put on birth control).

Hello,

This pain is kind of PMS and this time it can be little severe, but don’t worry it will be over after you get your periods.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
