General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

A dull ache off and on along with pelvic fullness is alright but strong pains in pelvis along with previous abortion indicates the need of hormonal (progesterone) supplement. Consult your gynecologist at the earliest foe advice regarding a suitable dosage for you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
