What Causes Pain In Lower Back And Abdomen Post Treatment For UTI?
Hi I have had a UTI for a week and a half, was on ciprofloxacin for 4 days, went into the hospital for high blood pressure. They ran a urine there that came back clear so stopped my antibiotics. The painful urination is better but still have lower back pain and lower abdominal pain. Any ideas?
Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your query, my opinion is as follows: 1. As the urine is clear, so it is possibly of not renal cause. 2. Possibly related to posture. Mild back exercises with posture training should help. 3. Hope you have no diarrhoea. Start probiotics, gas can rarely cause abdominal pain, radiating to back. Avoid spicy diet. Hope it helps. Any further queries, here to help again.
