As stated by you she has Pain in lower back and involving both leg along with pain in left stomach with fatigue and weakness . Their are few possibilities . Important one are pelvic inflammatory disease . In which there is inflammation of cervix uterus and fallopian tube.it may or may not accompany vaginal discharge . For that complete vaginal and pelvic examination is needed . If needed cervical swab is taken for culture .ultrasound of pelvis is also needed in making diagnosis . Another common possibility is of urinary track infection . It usually accompanies burning during urination or increased frequency of micturition . To diagnose this we need to run urine test.apart from this ovarian cyst ,premenstrual pain , endometriosis all can cause this.she need thorough evaluation and work up to reach exact diagnosis . Hope this will help.

General & Family Physician Dr. Dr. Michelle Gibson's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The symptoms are in keeping with an infection. Viral and bacterial infections are more common.

There are some viral infections such as the flu, dengue and chikungunya that are associated with muscle and joint pain.
She may need to be reviewed by her doctor so that an exact diagnosis can be made.

If this is not an option at this time, then she can continue to take the tylenol, use enough fluids, rest and monitor.

I hope this helps
