What Causes Pain In Lower Back, Leg And Kneecap While Walking?

Hi For no reason, I now have pain in my lower back on the left hand side. While sitting, the pain subsides but when I start walking, the pain increases with me having to hold my back to stop the pain. The pain over the last couple of days has gone down into my groin and my left leg into the knee cap, a s well as pain shooting up under the neck area. Kind regards

The symptoms like you have sciatica can't be ignored. With advance in age or spine suffer wear and tear which affects our nerves and causes pain. These can only be diagnosed after imaging studies (like MRI) and some specific examinations. Consult a orthopaedic or spinal surgeon, Meanwhile you can take a combination of a pain killer and some muscle relaxant (tablet diclofenac sodium 10mg PO twice daily and tablet tizanidine 2mg PO before sleeping).
