What Causes Pain In Lower Back Radiating To Hips And Down The Legs?

I had surgery about 2003 for a femoral or inguinal hernia that does hurt in side crease line of groin for near bone could it be tore again or is it possible to strangulate those types of hernia it seems to be just aware of most of day it hurt more in the night lying on my back. My legs have given me trouble for at least 6 months seems to be in hips when get up out of chair or set of car.

if you have to suffer back pain with radiating to lower limb so
it might be spinal root compression pain
must be do MRI LUMBER SPINE
and to diagnose.
