What Causes Pain In Lower Back Radiating Towards Groin?

Hi I am having pain in my lower back which comes around the front and down it to me groin. started last week thought it was pulled muscles was having muscle spasms which let up a little and I have had an x-ray of back nothing really showing and a Cat scan to rule out kidney stone and was with 2 specialists and and also PCP and not getting any were

Lower back pain radiating to groin is due to lumbago with neuralgia to groin. All problems always do not are seen in xrays of lumbosacral region and MRI of lumbosacral region. Ii i have to treat such a patient i will advice tab diclofenac ,peracetamol, MR, tab tramadol and CapB complrx .Hard bed rest
