What Causes Pain In Lower Back When I Bend Over?
I was using a pole to help lift a tree, an when I lifted I felt a pop in my lower back. It immediately hurt an I couldn t bend over afterwards. This happened approximately three months ago. I haven t seen a doctor about it. It still hurts when I bend over or turn to either side. Any advice?
