Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have very unpleasant pain in my lower back where the hip connects and every time I walk up a step it pops, both sides do it, and it has been happening since a car accident 10 years ago. I also had a bad spinal tap when I had meningitis and suffer from sciatic nerve problems but the hips are a separate problem, it s like they won t rotate. I was a cheerleader for 7 years and was tossed in the air and dropped a lot but have also had a few very bad car accidents and I have seen doctors and all they do is put me on pain meds when I want to fix the problem not just manage do you know anything that has to do with hip rotation and it s connection to the spine and pelvis?
