What Causes Pain In Lower Back With Swelling In Feet And Ankles?

Good afternoon I am having a pain in my mid and lower back that affects my stomach and whenever I hang my head backwards my stomach and back hurts. I had this problem from about 2009 but since a year ago it got really bad where I can t sit for even five minutes long. My feet gets a little swollen and my ancle mostly hurts. I am scared that it might be cancerous, do you think it is? I got some painkillers from the bone specialist a few weeks ago and after taking them the pain started spreadind to my chest and all over. Please what do u think is wrong because he is saying its strain to the t-spine

Thank you for asking at HCM .

See , if the pain killers are helping you , then its the good news .

Having pain in multiple joints , needs to be evaluated further .

Cancer is unlikely very much from what you have described.

Make sure you add antacids with your pain meds if not already. Also make yourself hydrated.

Make sure you use proper posture and do some light regular exercise. Thank you . Let me know if i can help you anymore.
