I have a soft swelling on the fornt of my lower left leg just to the left side of my shin. It is not painful to touch but aches at times. I have also been suffering form lower groin and hip pain on bothe sides and painful shoulder joint both of which disturb my sleep regularly. I have been having accupuncture physio and remedial massage and manipulaton which does not apper to be making any difference. I also have pain just above my inner ankles and occassional pain in feet.
