What Causes Pain In Lower Left Abdomen And Back?

I am experiencing a pain in my lower left abdomen and my left lower back. Started a couple of days ago. Durations getting longer and pain getting greater. Feels as if someone is squeezing my lft side with their hand and digging their fingers in too. No constipation or excessive gas. At first I thought it was gas pains. No medications taken. thoughts?

Your symptoms may related to urinary/renal calculus(stone) since you have lower abdominal and low back ache.Gas pains will not locate in lower left abdomen or low back ache.So probably you may have renal/urinary stones.
