What Causes Pain In Lower Left Abdomen Radiating Towards Back?

i have a dull pain in my lower left area of my abdomen, i sit all day at a desk and if i lean to the right the pain is less, but it goes on for hours at a time discomfort and then sometimes not at all, lately it feels like it has moved to my lower left back area the same dull pain but further back than normal, only for the last two weeks ,before it was front lower left... felt like if i could put my finger inside my lower left front i could pull out the pain. it was always in that one area.

hi ...thanx for your question...as you have not mentioned your age and gender there could be multiple reasons for this left lower abdominal pain... if you are having some urinary symptoms aswell like burning micturation than it could be due to urinary tract infection...it may be intermenstrual pain...i would suggest you to have an ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis
