What Causes Pain In Lower Left Side?

Hi, I am a 20 years old male. I have been having pain in my lower left side, as if I had a knife driving into my side where my lowest rib is located. The rib feels like it is pushed inward and when I try to pull it out, it is as if I can feel something move in my back as well.

I really appreciate your concern, if the pain is not chronic one then this could be due to some muscular spasm and this can be managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day if this is not responding then it need to be investigated for correct diagnosis, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
