Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you may be suffering from chronic backache. It can be muscular pain. You can take rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. It can be due to vitamin deficiency so you are advised to get your vitamin B12 and vitamin D checked. You can further investigate by doing MRI of the region. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. I hope your query get answered.
