What Causes Pain In Lower Pelvis Along With Vaginal Wall Soreness?

In the last year or two I would experience lower pelvic pain wnen walking, sometimes very painful, just recently I found some sort of painful sore inside vaginal wall, very small, but worried about it, I know there can be simple or common reasons for this

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
Sore lesions along the vaginal wall could have been caused due to superficial skin infection. It also might cause associated pain in the lower pelvis.
These lesions can be treated by taking the following measures:
1. Kindly wash the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon thrice daily.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin in combination with Hydrocortisone cream. 3. Since you are stating that you have pain, along with it you need to take anti-inflammatory-analgesic medication like Ibuprofen.
Maintain good genital hygiene. Wear loose fitting undergarments and abstain from sexual activities until the lesions heal completely.
