What Causes Pain In Lower Right Abdomen And Vaginal Spotting?
Hi doctor. I wantec to ask u a question regarding my situation. If u could help me get the answer it would be much .I took postinor 2 then after 2 weeks i took it again. 2 weeks after i had my period and after 6 days of menstrual cycle i develop pain in my lower right abdomen and spotting blood once a while. Could it caused my taking postinor 2 twice in a month?

As postinor is a synthetic hormone(progesterone).It can cause delayed period,vaginal bleeding not relared to menstural bleeding,spotting,nausea,diarrhoea,vomiting,lower abdominal pain ,breast tenderness and headache.
If it was taken to avoid pregnancy, you can use other measures (condom) instead of having this medicine ,if it is causing trouble.
