What Causes Pain In Lower Right Abdomen, Back And Nausea?

For a couple of days i have had pain in my right side some in the front belly area and even into my back area , I have had a little nausea on and off . It seemed to have gotton a little better but now it is starting to act up again, i even feel some pain in my upper right leg.

Hello,

Exact location of pain in abdomen should be known for giving more comments. It could be gastritis like condition that can lead back pain as well.

If pain is in right hypochondrium then gall bladder pathology can be suspected. If constricting pain present than stone can be a possibility. For gastritis Rabeprazole and Domperidone combination drug can be prescribed for 7 days. If needed for further work-up USG abdomen is planned.

Consult physician for examination and further work-up accordingly.
