What Causes Pain In Lower Right Side And Sporadic Bowel Movements?
pain lower right side for over a week now that is so painful that I sometimes cry. bowel movements are sporadic as I do take Amitiza and also Miralax which seems to not help. No fever but my body feels very hot and I sometimes get sweat on my forehead. any idea why?

Feeling feverish, sweating on forehead along with pain in right lower abdomen can be due to the following reasons:
Appendicitis.
Colitis with infection.
Urinary tract infection with stone in right ureter.
Gynecological infection if you are a female patient.
I would advise you the following since you have the pains for almost a week:
Tests of blood, stool and urine sometimes help for the diagnosis.
X-ray of abdomen.
Ultrasonography of abdomen helps for the diagnosis and to be confirmed by a CT scan of abdomen to get the final diagnosis along with a clinical evaluation by the Doctor/ Specialist so that a proper management can be carried out as per the findings.
This can be medical management in the form of antibiotics and supportive medications.
If appendicitis or stone is present you may need a surgical treatment.
