What Causes Pain In Lower Right Side Of Abdomen?
I have pain on my lower right side. I m on vacation and am out of my home state. I m a little worried it could be appendicitis but not sure. I m wondering if I should go to ER but its not excruciating. Sharp pain on and off but consistent since 10pm last night

Using OTC analgesic like acetaminophen or ibuprofen alongside anti spasmodic like drotaverine may be helpful. if symptoms persist nearby health facility visit and ultrasound may be needed.
